Refund policy

Because SPICE SL*T! is a perishable, food-based product, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds once a jar has been opened or delivered.

We stand behind the quality of our small-batch, handcrafted spread and want every customer to be happy with their purchase. If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, please contact us at shopspiceslut@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue and/or concern.

We will gladly review your claim and, if approved, issue a replacement or refund at our discretion. 

⚠️ Please note: Taste and spice intensity can slightly vary between batches since our products are made by hand using real peppers - not mass-produced ingredients and/or processes.
